Sealed bids will be accepted by Maple Heights City Schools (MHCS), at the Treasurer’s Office, 5740 Lawn Avenue, Maple Heights, OH 44137 until 11:00 am local time, Tuesday, Apr 25, 2017 and publicly opened and read immediately thereafter for the Energy Savings Improvements Project described in the Contract Documents prepared by The Brewer-Garrett Company (BG). Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Direct all question to Dale Rogers, BG (T: 440.865.4632 or email@example.com). This notice is posted at www.mapleschools.com. Contract Documents may be examined at the Board of Education Office and are available at no cost upon request from Mr. Rogers. Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the prebid conference at 2:30 pm local time on Tuesday, Apr 18, 2017 at the Board office at 5740 Lawn Avenue.
Each bid must include a Bid Guaranty as described in the Instructions to Bidders. A bid may not be withdrawn within 60 days after the bid opening. MHCS reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, reject any or all bids, and investigate bidder responsibility.
