Strong parent-teacher partnerships, based on mutual respect and shared goals, have a positive effect on student learning.
The Parent-Teacher Partnership Model is intended to lead to changes in parent and teacher knowledge, attitudes, and dispositions necessary to establish effective parent-teacher relationships for the purposes of improving student success.
Parents and teachers commit to attending four 90-minutes sessions throughout the year. The sessions will be co-facilitated by a trained parent and teacher facilitator team from Maple Heights. Sessions will be held as follows:

3/1/18 @ Barack Obama School, 5:00-6:30 p.m.
4/19/18 @ John F. Kennedy School, 5:00-6:30 p.m.
