•The Maple Heights City School district consists of three elementary grade-level buildings as follows: Pre-K through grade 1 (Abraham Lincoln Elementary), grades 2-3 (John F. Kennedy Elementary) and, grades 4-5 (Barack Obama Elementary); one middle school (grades 6-8); and a high school (grades 9-12).

Maple Heights City Schools participates in substitute services provided through the North Coast Shared Services Alliance. The NCSSA serves as our substitute teacher management provider, responsible for recruitment and employment of certified substitutes for our district. If you are interested in becoming a substitute teacher for Maple Heights City Schools, please submit an application with the NCSSA.
