Kindergarten Camp

A kindergarten readiness camp will be available to Maple Heights children who are enrolled as kindergartners in our district for the 2010-11 school year.  This camp will take place August 2 through August 13, 2010, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., Monday through Friday at Raymond Elementary School.  This camp is offered at no cost to students and is covered by grant funds.  Transportation will not be provided by the district.  Please contact the curriculum office at 587-6100, ext. 3401 for additional information.

Summer Enrichment Camps

The following Summer Enrichment Camps will be available to current Maple Heights elementary students during the summer of 2010.  These enrichment camps will be offered at no cost to students and are covered by grant funds. District transportation will not be provided.

Cooking with Math Camp

Cooking with Math Camp will offer 3 one-week, morning classes at Milkovich Middle School:  June 14-18, June 21-25, and June 18-July 2, for students in grades 5 and 6, dependent upon student response.  Please contact the curriculum office at 587-6100, ext. 3401 for additional information.

Picture Book Writing Camps

Picture Book Writing Camps are available to students in grades 1-2, 3-4, and 5-6 during the period from June 14 through July 9, 2010, from 8:30 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. or 10:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m., at Milkovich Middle School, dependent upon student response. Science Camp

Summer Science Camp for elementary students will take place from June 14 through June 25, 2010. The two, one-week camps will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 10:15 a.m., Monday through Friday, at Milkovich Middle School.  Please contact the Mr. Mark Kotlarz at mark.kotlarz@mapleschools.com for additional information.

Spanish Camp
