
In this role, Dr. Clark will lead the district’s technology vision, infrastructure, digital systems, cybersecurity efforts, instructional technology support, and strategic technology initiatives across the district.
Dr. Clark brings a strong background in K–12 education, higher education, instructional technology, leadership, and systems design. Her work is grounded in creating reliable, efficient, and student-centered technology systems that support teaching, learning, and district operations.
She earned her Doctor of Education in Curriculum and Instruction with a concentration in Instructional Design and Technology from Liberty University, graduating with High Distinction. She also holds two master’s degrees from The University of Akron in Instructional Technology and Education.
Dr. Clark is passionate about ensuring technology is purposeful, secure, accessible, and aligned to the needs of students, educators, families, and staff. She looks forward to partnering with the Maple Heights City Schools community to strengthen systems, support innovation, and advance excellence in teaching and learning.
