Dear Fall Sports Seniors & Families,
We are excited to announce that Senior Night for the Varsity Football Team, Cheerleaders, Band and Maroonettes team will take place on Friday, October 17, 2025, during our final regular season home game against Garfield Heights High School.
To ensure the event runs smoothly and respectfully for everyone involved, please review the following important details:
Date: Friday, October 17, 2025
Arrival Time: Seniors and their escorts MUST arrive at the stadium by 5:30pm to check in and line up for the ceremony.
Start Time: Senior Night ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00pm
Location: Maple Heights Stadium
ESCORT GUIDELINES:
Each senior may be accompanied by a maximum of four (4) escorts during the on-field recognition ceremony (please note that young children are included in the total number of escorts).
Additional guests (i.e., teammates, friends, faculty/staff, extended family, young children, etc.) are NOT permitted to join the on-field ceremony unless they are explicitly listed as one of the four (4) escorts selected by the student-athlete in advance.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to make exceptions on the night of the event. We understand many seniors have large support systems, but we must limit each senior to no more than four (4) escorts during the ceremony to ensure a timely, orderly and enjoyable experience for all of our seniors.
We encourage those family members not included in the on-field ceremony to gather behind the black fence near the home side bleachers to take additional photos with their senior once they’ve exited the field.

SENIOR BIO SHEET (Available in the Athletic Office):
Each senior participating in the Senior Night ceremony must complete a Senior Bio sheet (see attached) and turn it in to the Athletic Department Secretary.
Senior bio sheets will include:
Full names of the four (4) escorts
A short senior bio for the announcement during the ceremony (accomplishments, clubs/organizations, & post-graduation plans).
The deadline to submit the completed senior bio form is 3:10pm on Thursday, October 16th.
NOTE: Failure to submit the form by the required deadline may result in the senior NOT being recognized during the ceremony.
GAME TICKETS:
Each senior being recognized will receive two (2) complimentary tickets to the game.
Players will receive the tickets from their coach/advisor the day before the game.

SENIOR NIGHT TIMELINE & ORDER OF EVENTS:
5:30pm – Arrival & Check-In:
ALL escorts listed on the senior bio sheet must arrive to the stadium by 5:30PM
Each senior is allowed a maximum of four (4) escorts, all of whom must have a ticket.
Upon entry, the escorts participating in the on-field ceremony shall proceed to the visitor side of the stadium to line up with their student-athlete.
5:30pm - 5:45pm – Line-up Begins:
Senior student-athletes will line up with their escorts on the visitors’ side of the stadium in the following order:
Football – In ascending jersey number order (0–99)
Cheerleaders – In alphabetical order by last name (A–Z)
Maroonettes – In alphabetical order by last name (A–Z)
Band – In alphabetical order by last name (A–Z)
Administration and security will be posted here to check tickets/names and ensure that only those four (4) individuals listed as an escort for the individual student athlete is present.
6:00pm – Senior Night Ceremony
The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00pm.
Each individual senior and their escorts will be let onto the field as they are announced.
The group will walk across the 50-yard line to have their picture taken by the photographer.
After the photo, the escorts will return to the stands and the student athletes’ will return to their respective team areas
NOTE: No one will be allowed back onto the field after their portion of the ceremony concludes.
