Mustang Families,

Please read below for importnat information about ACT Testing on Tuesday, March 10.

On Tuesday, March 10, 2026, all juniors will take the ACT. This is an important opportunity for our students, as many junior students across the state of Ohio will also be taking the exam around this time. The ACT is a standardized college entrance exam that measures college readiness in English, mathematics, reading, and science, with an optional writing section.

Juniors should report to school by 8:15 a.m. Testing will take place until approximately 12:00 p.m. After testing, students will be provided lunch and will be dismissed from school at 12:30 p.m.

Students in grades 9, 10, and 12 will not report to school on this day and will participate in asynchronous learning, meaning they will complete assignments virtually from home. If you prefer to send your student to school, please know that she/he will be placed in a study hall and the expectation is that students will work quietly and independently in this space so as to not disrupt the testing environment for Juniors.

To be marked present for the day, students must complete the assignments provided by their teachers. Students who do not complete the assigned work will be marked absent for Tuesday, March 10.

All students will return to their regular schedule on    Wednesday, March 11, 2026.

If you have any questions about the ACT or this schedule, please feel free to contact your child’s counselor. Lastly, a special schedule for our Junior and Senior CTE students will be mailed separately so as to minimize confusion and provide extra clarity for parents and students.
